    If I were to follow you around, say for a week, what would I learn about proper eating that I don't know now? What would I learn by experience? by osmosis?

    Social eating gets me just about every time. I'm with a group of people around the table, munching and crunching and. . .well, you know.

    What do you do in those situations? What could I learn if I could watch you in a social eating situation?
